Flight Experience™ was the original flight simulator business to ‘open the cockpit to the world’. We are the world leader in flight simulation entertainment. Our simulators are built to an extremely high standard using the latest technology in both hardware and software and, in fact, are used by flight schools, universities and airlines for actual pilot training. They are approved by many aviation regulatory authorities around the world.

At Flight Experience, we also work alongside our sister company, Downunder Pilot Shop, which aims to make aviation equipment, accessories and apparel more accessible for everyone!

Available Positions:

Flight Simulator Instructor

We are always on the lookout for passionate aviators looking for that next stepping stone on their way to their dream flying positions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing customer service & entertainment environment, while gaining skills in a commercial flight simulator.

Position type: Casual

Main duties will include:
> Instructing customers in a Fixed-base Flight Simulator based on the Boeing 737-800 (CAT-B & MCC Certified)
> Instructing customers in our Virtual Reality flight simulators

Main Requirements:
> A friendly, outgoing & professional attitude with the ability to create & maintain fun and engaging conversations with our clients about all things aviation!
> A pilots licence (Ideally CPL or close to)
> Knowledge of the 737 and instrument flying is beneficial
> Ability to work some weekend days (Generally at least 4 per month)

Our Casual Staff are required to work 4-8 hour shifts and be available weekdays, nights, andweekends. (successful candidates ​will​ be able to work regular weekends)

Retail & Warehouse Manager

Position: Retail & Warehouse Manager for both Downunder Pilot Shop and Flight Experience Sydney
Location: Bankstown Aerodrome, NSW
‍Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/wk)  

We are seeking an organized, proactive Retail & Warehouse Manager to lead daily store operations, supervise shop staff, manage warehouse logistics, and maintain our e-commerce catalogue at Bankstown Aerodrome.  
‍
Role Overview: Oversee daily customer service, staff management, pick & pack operations, stock inventory, and website catalogue maintenance.
